Emergency alerts and service in the event of global events that can affect your travel (from Covid-19 restrictions to delays, events and instances to the unforeseen). Should an issue arise related to a country you are scheduled to visit or whilst you are abroad, we have access to the latest travel technology which immediately alerts us. This enables us to contact you to pro-actively manage any necessary adjustments or changes to your itinerary to ensure minimum interruption and maximum safety.

We have no overheads like many larger companies. Rather we pay a transaction fee to our affiliation but this is never charged on to you. So we can beat the vast majorities of companies on price but we always prefer to go beyond this discussion and also offer exceptional value and service.
